Learn how to manage employees, generate payslips, and review your payroll dashboard

  1. Employee List โ€” This is where you manage your workforce
  2. Add Employee โ€” Each employee needs identity and salary details
  3. Employee Identity โ€” The CIN is the national identity card number
  4. Social Security โ€” Required for social security declarations
  5. Employment Details โ€” Family status affects tax deductions
  6. Salary โ€” This is the base salary before deductions
  7. Save the employee
  8. Employee Created โ€” The new employee is now in the list
  9. Open Payslips โ€” This is where you generate and manage payslips
  10. Generate Payslips โ€” You can generate payslips for all employees at once
  11. Select Period โ€” Payslips are generated per month for all active employees
  12. Generate the payslips
  13. Payslips Generated โ€” Each employee now has a payslip for this period
  14. View PDF โ€” This opens the payslip PDF preview
  15. Download Available โ€” You can download the payslip as a PDF file
  16. Open Dashboard โ€” See employee count, payslips generated, and total net pay
  17. Dashboard Summary โ€” The dashboard updates automatically as you manage payroll
